Saskatchewan the Brad Wall way… who’s on the take should be a publicly visible record for other provinces to see that P3 only benefits the players that scheme it.

When private is tired or got their pound of fat or see the forthcoming maintenance they either give all back to the public or get another layer of grease from their service companies they own.

It's the Conservative way. They've lost their way. Same thing is happening in Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba and all the other provinces Conservatism currently infects.

Oh for sure! It was my first introduction to P3 with the Regina “Ring Road” Project.

Now in Alberta having children go to a P3 school I’m like this is absolutely ridiculous.
