it's a pretty bad article in terms of citations, but that's the norm for bourgeois media and the subject is trivial enough that it doesn't matter much

Yes, comrade. A few harmless opinionated articles sprinkled in until the host site becomes recognizable and suddenly a very totally credible source for all "news" because we've seen them around so much. I mean, what's the harm in a couple conjecture sentences in "news" here and there

My expectations for people on this instance are significantly higher than on other instances or Reddit; I think we'll be OK. I'm fairly sure we're all well aware that all bourgeois media has a bourgeois bias, and if we stop using all those sources we'll be very limited in terms of English-language content

RT is recognizable. If truly unbiased media isn’t possible, we might as well hear from different perspectives sometimes.

In other words, we’re not QAnon telling you to only listen to conservatives. (Be extra vigilant for opinion articles/segments of course.)
