There are long blockades by Polish farmers on the Polish-Ukrainian border, but to my Middle European knowledge, there are no or no significant protests on the Romanian-Ukrainian border. Does anyone have a clue why that is the case?

@5714 there were plenty in January. Both farmers and transporters protested. But for some reason they didn't really made it to the international media.

They were not only against the Ukraine grain transit, but they also had lots of other requests. They didn't get the approval to protest in Bucharest initially, so they blocked all roads going in and out of the capital. After a while, they did get an approval, but no one showed up. Guess that didn't help popularize these either.
