@rbreich@masto.ai That mf'er knew what only the chinese goverment knew at the begginnig of the pandemic. It took the WHO almost a year to acknowledge this. And not only he did nothing, but he hid it.

@rbreich@masto.ai People died because of trump's approach to the distribution of masks and other personal protective equipment.
States were forced to compete against each other and with the federal government for supplies.
Feds were even confiscating shipments from the states. Governor of MD hid his state's PPE from feds and called up National Guard to protect the stockpile.
This is how bad it was during the trump admin. People wanting a 2nd term have somehow forgotten this or don't care.
