Lower level means you have more control over the small details. However, that also means that you have to reimplement some things from scratch, while higher level frameworks do those things for you.
We take folk dancing very seriously. There are A LOT of folk dance ensembles and they vary from random hobbyist groups to company-sponsored groups of 80+ dancers. There are lots of competitions, drama and every 5 years - a huge concert where most ensembles participate and perform in a stadium. One dance can contain up to 1000 dancers at the same time.
During this year's final dance the spectators mentioned that they could feel the ground shaking.

Are you arguing just for the sake of arguing
No Man's Sky seems to fit that description
I mean basically everything in the game is optional, you just miss out on some story tidbits here and there. I have never bought seasons, dungeons or anything like that and I still have 400+ hours in the game. If you want to 100% everything, yes, you need to buy a lot of stuff, but you can still have tons of fun with just the expansions.
This is exactly what I was trying to say with my original comment.
Love how rock climbing has some of the safest, most thoroughly tested gear in sports, but it always looks dangerous and that attacts all the "these guys are all idiots", "darwin award" and "i would probably die" people.
Finally got No Man's Sky on sale. It's even better than I thought it would be. 7 years later and the game is super fun and has a ton of things to do. I hear they're still updating it so I can't wait for what comes next.
Do you buy a new TV, like, every other week?
This isn't Reddit, though?
Competitions aren't that interesting to the average person. The Song and Dance festival would be a must-see:
