For videogames it would be great if you could just use it with their servers of somebody else, that would actually solve a lot of problems.

I guess that depends on the country. In Germany it is the opposite, because the limit is 0€, so they send them in big „packages“ (actually one container at a time) and distribute it in their own distribution center from inside the country.

Vor allem ändert es dann genau nichts. Aliexpress sendet heute ja schon an deutsche Warenhäuser und teilt dort die Sendungen auf um sie dann weiter zu versenden.

Damit ist die Regelung ausgedribbelt bevor sie überhaupt in Kraft tritt.
