Follow up of this post https://lemm.ee/post/65711569 on !yurop@lemm.ee .

In one sentence, this is a casual community for Europeans.

Feel free to have a look, we have random historical facts, pictures, local events and discussions

!casualeurope@piefed.social

When this community was started, the idea was to have a !casualconversation@lemm.ee version, but focused on Europe. Yurop was selected as a name to show that it was less serious, but it seems like it still gets associated with https://old.reddit.com/r/YUROP/ , which is more about making memes about the Europeans news than casual conversation.

I have recently opened !casualeurope@piefed.social to solve this. Feel free to join us there, there is already some conversation going!

Where will content be posted now?

I will personally post content on the new community. Piefed has some nice features that can be used, so it's a good opportunity.

What will happen to !yurop@lemm.ee?

Not sure yet, but as the community wasn't that active, it will probably just become inactive. I could also lock it to push people to the new community, but that probably won't be necessary at first.

Feel free if you have any questions

upcoming OnePlus device, rumored to have a massive 7800mAh battery (per Wccftech).
and it would absolutely smoke the 5,000 and 4,685mAH batteries in the Galaxy S25 Ultra and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Instead, Apple and Samsung seem to be prioritizing thinness at all costs, for reasons that aren't entirely clear beyond aesthetics and bragging rights. It's been years since I've heard anyone complain about how thick a phone is, if not a decade or more. Complaints have trended in the opposite direction, I'd say -- without a case, some phones can be so thin and slippery that they're hard to grip securely. Even my wife's OnePlus 9 5G has that issue. A few foldables, like Google's Pixel 9 Pro Fold , are so thin when open that they feel like they might bend or snap.

OnePlus will be releasing the OnePlus 13T next week, albeit only in China for the time being. While the company will not be officially presenting its compact flagship until April 24, it has revealed plenty of about the device on Chinese social media.

It's the 24th of April (2025), where did you see October?

I used a One plus 6 until it died in my hands. Great phone.
