Still rocking a 2000 civic. I've seen this meme for years and she still has a nicer car than I do.
Buffy
How does one do this? Roll it and dip it in honey up to the filter, let the excess drip off and throw that bad boy in the freezer? I've often felt like they burn too fast and I'm wasting it.
I might try this.
To me, the Souls combat does best in a tightly knit and highly curated environment. I really enjoyed Elden Ring but I do not think it was a step forward for the series. Open World worked to the detriment of the game IMO.
Actually. I tried Skyrim so many times and never got into it, then I decided to give it the best shot and play with a cavalcade of QoL mods. I went from a hater to a true Skyrim enjoyer. At this point, with how pessimistic I was about the game, I think with the right setup ANYONE can enjoy it.
The copy-paste dungeons were a big issue for me. And the amount of reused enemies and bosses. There is definitely a way to "optimally" play the game for the best experience. But I'd say that goes against the nature of what an open world is supposed to represent.
I had someone stage a photo like this with me and use it as blackmail.
Spongebobkid90 does NOT play around.
I have this too. It's a specific enzyme we have that neutralizes most of the fun.
Hot take, but the open world nature of Elden Ring drove me crazy. Coming from a series grounded by its tightly knit and highly curated environments, I never understood why Elden Ring is so unanimously considered the "peak" of the series.
I enjoyed my time with it, but I couldn't help but wonder what the game could have been without the open world inclusion. So for me it's not necessarily "how big is too big", but whether or not the gameplay necessitates an open world.
Another case of targeting piracy over a service issue. There was a time where Netflix had such a vast amount of content that my torrenting stopped all together. Good days.
And it still looks the way it does. I love me some Pokémon but at this point ROM hacks are a far more enjoyable, reliable, and respectful experience than the new Pokémon releases.
Knowing this is a game from the largest grossing multimedia franchise of all time, we could play ignorant and act like the bare minimum is okay. Or, we can open our eyes and realize they're doing the least they can knowing the consumers are still going to buy it. Unfortunately, the market has decided on the blue pill.
