If it's good for the corporate hegemon - and because money is speech now - you get a predictable result. We're living through corporate oligarchy. One of the biggest corporations (by value) in the history of the world has its CEO siting in the Whitehouse directing our government functions. He's in charge of firing federal employees. It's clear as day, corporations run our government. Not reven a recent phenomena - lobbyist have been doing it forever with increasing success since Regan / 80s era. We're fucked, it's all downhill from here. The fall of the American empire is probably closer than we all think.
