Are you serious? Have you heard of Angela Carinii? Payton McNabb was almost killed by a trans athlete during a volleyball game. Biological men have no place in womens sports. You obviously don't have daughters.

XX chromosomes are the base requirement. Olympics also tests for elevated testoserone.

So both conditions, plus others I'd imagine, have to be met.
