I literally started a new game this afternoon.

I haven’t been out of act 1 in so long…

I disagree. I have a modern American 3/4 ton diesel pickup. It’s not a crossover. I’m not in construction or maintenance, I work in tech.

I have four horses and a gooseneck trailer for the horses that the truck hauls once or twice a week. I also have a flatbed for hauling hay or moving the tractor.

For literally everything else i have a small car, because that truck is awful to drive in traffic or urban areas.

My question was more along the lines of “Can you explain to me how the data gets from the server to the satellite?”

Because it’s cables. It can only send you what’s passed to it… via cable… from a ground-based uplink.

Unless you’re implying that there should be satellite uplinks at every DC, the issue of cables still exists.

You realize that data comes from the same place, right?

Oh you grew up near Atlanta. I, too, am a Sid Williams commercial survivor.

This is one of the reasons I stayed. It was still small enough back then that you actually started to recognize people you had conversations with, and not just the troll farms.

Who’s chopper is this?

Chiefs have been over hyped all season. This team isn’t as good as previous SB winners. Most of their games were close 1-score wins, and they developed a reputation for some questionable calls assisting them.

None of that happened tonight, and they got exposed by the Eagles.

"the refs aren't biased because we lost the Superbowl" isn't the W they want I think.

You’re probably right. I’ll admit it’s a self selection bias because I’m old enough to have made up my mind not to associate with people that have fundamentally different beliefs than I do.

So there are likely a lot of them, but none of them are MY friends, so it’s easy enough to believe in my little sphere.
