Honestly, i think it's just much cooler to see the swastika torn in half.
I don't have much experience with AMD gpus on Arch.
I was looking at the Arch AMD GPU wiki page and it looks like you might also need to run
pacman -S vulkan-radeon lib32-vulkan-radeon mesa lib32-mesa xf86-video-amdgpu
But admittedly there's a lot about AMD GPU drivers I don't understand. Like how to verify your driver in installed correctly.
You might also want to try out amdgpu_top or radeontop to monitor what the GPU is doing.
Would need a bit more context too help diagnose.
First question is if you're HDMI or DisplayPort cable is actually plugged into the GPU or if it's plugged into the monitor.
Now depending on your desktop environment (DE), you should be able to verify what aspect ratio your display is actually set to by going to your display settings. Again this depends on your DE, how to do this in gnome is different than how to do it in kde.
You can also verify if your game is set to output 2160p (4k). Sometimes game settings get reset depending on the game. Also make sure the game is actually using your GPU. Maybe try a linux native game like super tux cart just to help diagnose the issue.
Also how did you verify that you have the latest drivers for your gpu
This was my first thought and I wouldn't be surprised considering that My Neighbor Totoro and Grave of the Fireflies was originally released as a double feature. Meaning they were intended to be watched one after the other.

Both movies have direct (sometimes shot for shot) parallels which portray the dichotomy of childhood life. For example, the scene in GotF where they frantically try to evacuate the house vs in MNT where they are playfully searching the house for the staircase. This video does a good job of describing it.

I'm not from Finland but I've been playing a lot of My Summer Car and just figured out how to take a sauna and got the Welcome to Finland achievement.
Honestly I didn't look at the community, but it shouldn't matter since criticism should be embraced when it's made in good faith. Also I don't care if I get down voted.
Some Nintendo fans just want to buy Nintendo things and enjoy the experience because they love the games.
I agree 100%. And I like these games too. I'm just saying that it's the games and not the console which is the actual thing that these users love and enjoy.
I doubt users enjoy buying new consoles every few years, dealing with supply chain issues, privacy issues, and contributing to our throw away society.
I used to game on consoles too till my Xbox 360 got a red ring of death, my PS2 just stopped working, and my gamecube stopped reading disks. I realized that I could do nothing to fix them, they had to be recycled, and I would have to replace them with something else. Around the same time I realized how much I can do with a PC. From work, to watching movies, listening to music, and yes even gaming. But the cherry on top was how easy they were to upgrade, change parts, and fix.
I'm not saying that Nintendo shouldn't be involved in how their games run. But I am saying there really should be other options. Even Sony release games on PC.
