I think about half of the provinces have public insurance that's run by the province. So, the people who issue the licenses, the plates, and the insurance are the same.

This also means that the police can just scan license plates to check for insurance as they drive around, and traffic light cameras can do the same.

Uninsured drivers isn't something that we really worry about in those provinces.

If you're not the one steering, your job is to be as consistent as possible. If they tell you to do something, like J-stroke on the left, you do that thing, otherwise, you stroke forwards at the same pace. Once you get tired, you communicate that you need to change sides, then you paddle on that side as consistently as possible.

Which is completely fine, because there isn't anything wrong with MSG that isn't also wrong with table salt.

The game's page has the "Uses Kernel Level Anti-Cheat Easy Anti-Cheat" badge of shame in the sidebar, so you don't even need to make it down to the bad reviews before you decide to avoid the game.
