Fenugreek and Methi in the garden and in the kitchen (lemm.ee)
 

I've been using fenugreek in cooking for a long time. Some weeks ago I spilt a bunch of seed on the floor, and didn't want to take the trouble to clean them, so they were gathered, and I planted some in a cold frame to protect from frost. A few weeks of watering, and now I have a little experimental start on eating fresh methi (fenugreek leaves). I've also made fenugreek sprouts, and they are quite tasty.

59B divided by 2400 stores is 24,583,333 for each store. And the Kootenay Co-Op earns 28 million. Last time I checked 28 mil > 24 mil. So per store the co-op earns more. Regardless, support your local Co-Op!
