Lemmy really gives reddit for boomers with these made up rage bait posts like this.

Gets straight to the top and everyone is saying they wish they could be this guy because they don't care about modern issues and want to go "back to the good ol days". Rage bait didn't even get rage, just people creaming over the idea of not thinking about global issues and trans rights.

He said "you already know that bothers a subsection of the population", not that it actually did, it just did in his imagination.

I've literally never even once heard someone raise a fuss about an age gap that small. Dude sounds like an ass.

If anyone's curious what the one from OP's picture is it's called Angel's Egg. Seen it a few times now, very slow, dark and quiet. I love it.

You... Obviously have no idea what training and schooling goes into becoming a doctor.

Also in a lot of PhD programs you don't keep taking classes, you just do research for those 5 years. You can do PhD MD... It's... A choice...

Business degrees have a curriculum designed for toddlers to make sure they have plenty of time to go to their frat parties on the weekend.

I've had 2 MRIs and I wasn't staying in the hospital either time but I had to put on a gown both times.

I just don't believe this. This is so untrue.

If a bunch of people become stranded on an island it doesn't become lord of the flies turns out. Human nature is to help one another because what is good for the tribe is good for you.

We know this because it has happened, there are documentaries about it, and those are circumstances where there are actually limited resources. Currently there may as well be unlimited resources because there aren't enough resources for one person to completely consume. I think it is perfectly unnatural the way the rich in particular act, and I believe it is under our current system in particular that drives people to act that way.

Sometimes Lemmy feels like a subscription to r/incels...

Yeah how dare they be excited that someone they likely love and adore made a commitment to be with them and celebrate it with what is typically seen as one of the most monumental moments in someone's life. Idiots.

Little did she know he was an incel that rates women on a number scale.

But that's okay because she's not real anyways.
