It's a bit of an exaggeration right now, but I see this as two Chinese client states co-operating.

With how dependent Russia is on China it won't be much of an exaggeration for long

Russia can stop being at war at any second, if it chooses to

If someone sees an Angus steakhouse and actually goes in and buys food they must be blind. It's the most obvious looking tourist trap of a chain you can imagine.

It perches itself on corners in busy parts of London next to major tube stations and preys on the dimmest and laziest tourists. It's genuinely worrying so many people fall for it and go in, reviews or not.

Recommending it is more of a joke than a serious attempt to convince anyone it's good.

The drug works mostly by them no longer wanting to eat it.

This isn't a way to lose weight without changing diet, it's a way to change diet.

There's an idea in management that when you join a new role as a manager you shouldn't do anything except listen and learn for 100 days as you won't understand what you're doing.

This doesn't apply to a country of course, though it may to some individual ministers in odd departments, but I do think it's an interesting idea to keep in mind. Sometimes immediate action is the exact wrong thing to do.

On The Rest is Politics Campbell has said he thought it was a mistake to have the budget so long after the election and I think he's right. It gives the impression of a vague meandering with nothing happening.

It seems like the original criticism doesn't apply though, this actually is that good for many people and actually causes them to do the thing the politician was asking them to.

I've obviously misunderstood ozempic, I thought it removed appetite? That would prevent the bad eating entirely surely not fix it after you eat a lot?

I agree but I can see why someone might not want to invite the people they feel ruined their home back to have another go.

An unconventional response? Like, giving a load of idiots by the world's most used shipping lane weapons to blow up shipping whenever they want?

Absolutely they've been doing this for ages. Fuck them and fuck netanyahu
