I leave my iPhone at home every weekend and just use my watch, I problems with calls or texts. Check with your carrier.

What are your thoughts on this: How about Apple add some good functionality to the double tap feature like if you have AOD on - if you double tap it turns on the screen rather than using wrist raise or the crown? I meant that can’t be hard to implement right?

right now Best Buy has a phenomenal sale on the Ultra 1, it's like $629 - $659. at that price I would say Ultra 1.
