I know this topic has been beaten to death but hypothetically and with the right amount of Amazon cables would this work?

• Rosewill 4500U (15x HDD)
• 750W PSU
• Supermicro JBOD Power Board
• Phanteks Universal Fan Controller
  • Cheap and would easily run all the fan w/ manual speed control

In my head this is cheaper and quieter than a NetApp appliance. I will be in the same room as this. I have ~70TB of spinning rust right now and the sound is fine.
