Absolutely based take, I applaud you and your nuance, darling.

Kinda funny how a lot of people downvote and denounce AI religiously for some things and not for others.

For me, this pic is just good fun.

I wasn't /s

But seriously, it is far easier being on the outside, pointing and casting blame, but for us old enough to remember all the people who were blackballed, run out of the business, and even murdered for exposing sexual abuse, it is hard to tell.

And on top of that, there are cases where a third party has exposed the abuse, to which both the victim and perpetrator deny the accusations, and it just ends up terribly for the whistleblower.

Yet, back to the point, we're on ~~reddit~~ lemmy, where nuance goes to die.

Allegedly, he was aware of Harvey Weinstein's abuse, at least according to Rose McGowan. And since a lot of people are reactionary as fuck, since she accused him of being aware, then they act and behave as if he was undoubtedly aware and complicit in it.

I fully agree with that first half of the statement, and seeing women as nothing but things, incapable of evil, of plotting, murdering, mass murdering or any other distasteful thing.

But then on the next few lines you show similar views with collective responsibility, on how straight men have a terrible history, and that we're doing far too little to grow out of.

People are not monolithic, and while sure, you can state statistics, judging everyone for the crimes of many or few they share characteristics out of their control with, is a very fucked up thing.

Edit: The argument about women being incapable of things should also some of the fucking amazing things women can do, and achievements that history and sexism have tried and often succeed at burying. Honestly, humans are both magnificent and horrifying, no matter what gender they are.

Or as if gay porn wasn't a thing. It is funny when you realize how anti-men people do mental gymnastics for this kind of stuff, yet on the same breath state that sex work is real work, when pointed at OF "models", or anything that is lucrative for women.

Odd, none of the pics you post load for me, even tried with a browser instead of Sync, and can't get them to load

Not everything that you don't like is AI, this is just "shitty photoshop" making it feel like it.

Matter of taste. With my last husband, we just placed both our salaries into a shared account, took all the expenses out of it, then split the remainder 50/50. Each one could do whatever they wanted with their half, and we even had a flex account for house expenses that weren't covered in the original expenses calculation, and it worked great.

Shrink wrap was the most accurate at the time, especially accounting for reptiles, which were the original inspiration for said technique.

And since most soft tissue doesn't fossilize, they were doing the best they could with the tools they had.

And while they were often wrong, I would like to see you try to guess what the animals looked like, based on skull alone, and compare your accuracy against the people you're calling lazy, probably from the comfort of your own toilet.

A plain, black shirt, with text that reads "If being gay was a choice, I'd choose to be gayer"

I want some help, according to what I did, this sauce seems to work but, from what I read, it seems like it shouldn't and I want to understand why it worked so I can duplicate the process.

I made some spicy chicken and fried it, recipe included sliced chichen breasts, seasonings and mayo, to keep it from drying out. Then when cooked, tossed them in a pot, added more mayo, flour, a bit of Red Oil, and milk.

Added some LKK chilli sauce, ginger, scallions and stirred. That chicken tasted glorious, but according to what I read, it should be curdling, not creamy.

In your opinion, Would this work or just be an abomination?

Does anyone know what this one is about?

She is very ill, and might not make it through the night, so I thought a picture of her on a happy day would cheer me up, and perhaps others.
