Open YouTube in Brave as a default app is awesome. No ads by default and you can run it minimized.

As others mentioned it's for security. I've gone to actual football games and it's a requirement. I think they even allow outside food. I don't think they allowed bottles though because they can be hucked at people or the field. Never tried it, I do know they keep the caps for that reason.

If it's a chronic thing where you can't stop thinking and you loose sleep it may be an anxiety disorder.

DDG is amazing. They do have the option of AI though with duck.ai. Their products are great. I may be a bit bias, I've been using it for 12 years.

I never stop for them. I'll say "no thanks" or "I'm good, thank you anyway."

Definitely helps to have headphones in.
