Not a fan of how it looks but I really enjoyed it!

True, I feel boost is really lacking in displaying correctly markdown. Spoilers not being hidden are really annoying.
For reference this post highlights Lemmy apps on how accurately they display markdown. And this comment use all markdown to test how your current app is rendering them.

Agree. If it was a perfect world then governments would fund and contribute to open source project to make sure there are good free solution to keep your data private (at least from being collected and sold to some random companies) and make sure they won't go down.
Sadly I don't think it's really happening...

I'm not sure what to think. Overall it was OK but main character not realizing his strength is offsetting. I know it probably aims to add some comic but for me it's just dumb and not especially funny. If there is a second season it's likely I won't watch it.

I will be off topic as what I am going to suggest is not open source... But I myself looked for a long time what was the best free windows file manager and I settled up on FreeCommander.
By default UI is not nice but it's possible to make it nice enough.

I use this one mainly because : you can use it for free, dual pan, it remembers tab history between sessions, tabs can be renamed and colored. Hope someone will suggest a good open source one but I don't think there is any :-/

On windows for a screenshot tool a good one is ShareX. and for a clipboard manager Ditto

I think you are experiencing the same bug as this one : https://codeberg.org/Bazsalanszky/Eternity/issues/236
It has been fixed in nightly.

I would say VueTorrent has more features. Yet on Android as it's not an app you can't make it open magnet links or torrents when tapping / downloading one.
That would be great to have it as an app or to be able to turn it into a pwa.

+1 that's what I do at home with my desktop and what is IMHO the best solution.
Yet on vacation I use an old android box with Android Tv (SlimTv) and I have to say it's nice to have a dedicated interface allowing use of a remote.

IMHO I am not an expert but Mullvad seems the best (from what I read from others) and I would stick with it. I am using it and happy with it. I also appreciate that their monthly price do not change depending on how many months you subscribe and that there is no bullshit discount for the first x months.
You could also look at Proton VPN if you need port forwarding.

About SurfShark don't have much opinion !

I don't understand the down votes
=> I always read up and down votes as a tool to flag valuable posts. It feels like down vote on this one is about agreement with the news?

I will probably try it but I am not expecting much. I wasn't a fan of the old one. Not to offense anyone but I felt like it was dumb.
Still it looks like a lot of people are hyped about it so maybe I will be surprised !
