Spannish people thought that we french loved this building so much that after the big r/place they harassed french streamers just by sending pictures of it burning. It lasted multiple years, but streamers were more amused than they were annoyed

There are no rules for the names of places. Most places prefixed by "mont" will have a silent t, but I live near a place called Montrichard and the t must be pronounced

As the closest friend of someone depressed, I have to say such illness isn't the same as physical illness. Sure all those advices won't change anything, but that's just because the person doesn't have the will to make them happen. People around the depressed person can definitely help, just by spending time with the person, and encouraging the person to accompany them to activities. Biggest danger is insisting too much as you might turn into a burden. Sometimes I think it's just better not to talk

The attacker seems to be the admin of those two instances. Both instances have their registrations closed.

Edit: It is now open for both of them, or was already. I checked the Fediseer page for both instances and it still says that their registrations are closed.

Though it is suspicious that no captcha, email confirmation or manual approval is required for both of these instances. The admin of lemmy.doesnotexist.club seems to be inactive since their account creation yet this instance is still running. If the admin is the attacker, it could also be that they are the one behind the recent nicole spam.
