I was going to say exactly this. When I have to take a break from exercising and need to get back to it it's not easy, but I remind myself of all the benefits that come with exercising and how much better it made me feel and that gives me the motivation to get started again. The easiest way for me to force myself to exercise on a day I really don't feel motivated to do it (or I've been out of it for a while) is by putting on my sport outfit and readying whatever I need for my exercises, telling myself I can still change my mind and not do it whenever I want. But by the time I got changed and everything is ready I think "I might as well just do it".

And it just really takes that one time to fully remind myself of how good it feels afterwards and it gives me the motivation to keep going. Sometimes I'll end up enjoying it so much I can't wait for my next exercise session and no, it's not the actual exercising myself I enjoy, but how I feel afterwards.

This is rather disappointing. The game looks really good and I've been looking forward to playing it. But I meant to play the game in co-op with my husband and when it launched in early access it didn't seem to have co-op yet (if I remember correctly) so I decided to wait until that was added (and working of course). But after hearing this news I'm a bit wary of buying a game that I'm not sure they'll even finish. That's such a shame because the game really looks amazing and super fun to play in co-op.

(What's the state of the game right now? Have they added co-op yet and how is the game so far?)

Why would it make you a bad person? You might live to be 90 and you could have 40 good years with your kid. There are young parents who die young as well, so I don't see how that would be a problem.

Thanks for the tips! I'll have a look!

Haha, to be honest it took me a bit to figure out you might have meant nephew. XD I must admit I even looked it up to see if there was a different meaning to the word that I didn't know about. :'-)

Thanks for the tips. I do vaguely remember seeing a setting somewhere but I think I'll need to look into it more when I'm more awake (it's past midnight here).

Isn't neoprene a synthetic material?

My husband also uses the power button to power off his PC. I didn't even know it was a thing until he asked me to do it for him at some point and I was very confused. He's on Windows. I didn't know this worked on Linux as well (though I know it's a thing on laptops). Is there a way to configure what it does (on PC) like it does on laptops?

People don't do this? Sitting in dirty water for a period of time doesn't make me feel any cleaner.

How about a federated repository of repositories?

Try to get them to switch to Signal if you can. I helped my 70+ year old mother switch with no problems because the UI is similar to WhatsApp and Telegram so it didn't take her long to get used to it.

What am I looking at, here? It looks like a glass table or something?

Why would they put the shoes back in the ocean?

It looks really good! I immediately installed it and created an account, but upon logging in I found out that some of the advertised features (such as certain prioritisation options) don't come with the free version so I don't think I'll be able to use it right now. The app does look really good, though! Thanks for sharing!

How do you use your labels, folders and filters to organise your ProtonMail inbox/archive?

I decided to get Proton Unlimited yesterday and I've been trying to organise my emails, but I feel like I have the tendency to accidentally use folders and labels for the same thing so I end up with similarly named labels and folders (oops!), so I'm curious to see how people here organise their mailbox.

I was thinking one folder per alias/account/website, but when I try to add filters I'm reaching that filter limit where I have to wait 24 hours. I tried the sieve filters but, although I'm a decent programmer, it doesn't feel super intuitive.

I vaguely remember seeing this game on Steam ages ago and thinking it looked interesting, but then forgot about it. Now, during the Steam rhythm fest, it caught my eye again and I immediately bought it. And it's so, so much fun.

So first of all, if you're into rhythm games and haven't played this, I'd highly recommend it!

My question though, is if anyone else here plays it? What are your favourite songs, or do you mostly play custom songs?

I'm currently trying to get better at playing songs in Hard difficulty but tend to accidentally mix up the beats and taps. Still trying to get used to the controls, but I love it so far!

In Cities: Skylines 2, how do you usually organise your districts? What makes you decide an area should be a district? Roughly how big are your districts usually?

I feel like I might be overusing the districts a bit and it's getting a bit messy.

So I normally download updates from the Github page and it works fine. It could be because I just woke up (heh) but I can't for the life of me figure out which version of the APK release (arm64, armeabi, universal, x86, x86_64) I should install on my Android (14) phone. I tried the universal one but it says it's not compatible with the current app I have installed on my phone when I try to update it.

Could anyone advise me on this? Thank you so much!

I just started IF last week as part of my weight loss journey (I'm on a high protein diet which worked very well for me before, but haven't done IF before) and decided to try IF since I heard good things about it. I'm fasting 14 hours for 4 days a week (I also have health problems, so I'm not going for the full 7 days).

I'm going for IF from Monday night until Thursday night (so basically it ends on Friday morning). I'm on my second day since I started Thursday night. On Thursday I felt pretty good, but last night was a bit of a struggle because, despite eating enough calories (and proteins) I suddenly felt rather hungry at night even though normally I don't. Maybe it's because I can't eat that I'm suddenly hungry? You know, when you can't have something you suddenly want or need it? Haha.

What can I expect? Is there anything I should watch out for? Any tips?

I'm trying to print some documents in grayscale / black & white but it keeps printing my documents in colour instead, even if I select grayscale in one of the drop down menus in the settings (under Color > Color Model).

Does anyone know if there is a specific setting I need to change for it to print in grayscale correctly? If it helps, I have a Canon MX420 printer.

Thanks so much for your help!
