Do elaborate. Me, an European, and everyone around me, fully knows that nordic countries have better privacy and social laws, which is why many use VPN to ie. Norway, not France, where you will likely get interesting letters. The only exception here could be Switzerland.
Western Europe is also currently pushing for age verification laws and messaging surveillance.

Agnostic sounds like a sub-category of atheism like it is with different beliefs under theism. Ie. It's Theism vs Atheism, and then everything below the two. If you don't believe or don't know if you should believe, then you're not really a theist, making it atheist.
