Well at least I can charge people money to weaponize my curse. Any enemies you want me to stand around and curse?

4 of my previous employers have either gone bankrupt or represent a different agency and I feel like if someone looked over my resume right now they would automatically assume I was lying. Or cursed.

Imagine your kid dies, your other kid being traumatized by watching his brother die, and then being charged with involuntary manslaughter.

I don't consider myself an incredibly intelligent person but what I've noticed is that the ones on the lower end of the scale don't understand the consequences of a bad situation and the truly intelligent ones understand the best way to deal with issues is optimistic/realistic. Very situational.

I felt like it might be offensive to include in the original post but I started wondering this as I was watching a lady take care of her little brother with special needs. Both in their 50s and recently lost their father. I could tell he understood that his dad had gone away and he was showing some distress but it made me wonder how well he understands the situation and if that affects their ability to process it emotionally.

All that to basically say I'm wondering if ignorance really is bliss

I don't know about McDonald's but it seems like a 50/50 between a Michelin recognized restaurant or an involuntary organ donation centre

I agree that laws should be applied equally to everyone and I would never suggest otherwise. In this context, malicious would mean intent. So in legal terminology it would be the difference between 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree murder, or manslaughter.

Just to clarify, what would you consider necessary manipulation? Disregarding the malicious component for a moment even.

No question from me but it's a breath of fresh air to hear your situation took a 180°. Keep at it.

It's not pessimism, it's opening your eyes to the reality that Trump gets kick backs from the wealthy to establish these tax bills
