I sure am glad we dodged that bullet by not electing Kamala! Could you imagine the hell we’d be living gin right now?

  • Me in an alternate universe where there aren’t dumbfuck protest voters.

I don’t give a fuck what you do.

No, it’s like a voter blaming ninety million non-voters for not voting for a man who told them this would all happen.

Let’s not resort to analogies here. It is exactly what it is.

I made it already. It was that big long rant that started this conversion, do I need to copy and paste it for you?

[–] Rhoeri@lemmy.world -2 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

I’m sorry, am I not allowed to be angry that the assholes that helped cause this stand among us pretending to be victims of their own action??

[–] Rhoeri@lemmy.world 0 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I’m not self-righteous at all. I’m just sick of pretending these assholes didn’t help cause the problem they fucking complain about every day here.

And the irony of you calling me self-righteous while these assholes are responding that they have every entitled reason not to vote against tyranny.

Fucking hilarious.

throwing their brothers and sisters under.

No, you did this by refusing to vote against it. Now you walk away from them, having not even tried to save them.

[–] Rhoeri@lemmy.world -4 points 3 weeks ago

You didn’t vote. And you’re running away to allow everyone else to deal with it?

Yeah. Please. GTFO.

[–] Rhoeri@lemmy.world 1 points 3 weeks ago

I’m pretty sure they’re not.

I think I already said I’m not going to argue with your unhinged rhetoric.

I am completely serious about this as it’s been a fundamental question I’ve had since I joined here.

The modlogs always seem to show only two people from that instance that carry out removals and bans, but there are actually mods for each of those communities that you never see issuing any mod actions.

Serious question:

Is there a reason for this? Am I missing something? I mean, I have my opinions, but I’m shelving them for the purpose of this post to just simply ask, is this purposeful in some way?

Please keep opinions civil. This isn’t to create a flame war, just to ask if there’s a reason for this because i just find it odd. Is there maybe someone from that instance that knows why that can clear this up?

(Though I did check the rules before posting, if this isn’t allowed, I totally understand,)

DISCLAIMER: this is not my content that was removed, I just came across it in the modlog and found it to be absurd. If it’s not allowed, I totally understand.

Reason removed was because it’s unrelated.

Unrelated…..

The guy was illegally deported without due process. And yet for some reason, suggesting so is somehow “unrelated” to a meme that is trying to say that because he is affiliated (no charges were ever filed against him for gang-related activity) with a gang, he is by default, guilty.

What’s ironic, is that the entire point of the meme is that the bullshit about him being in MS-13 is unrelated to the fact that people want accountability for this administration illegally deporting a man without due process.

This mod has definitely chosen the correct name.

And even taken into consideration that the instance is essentially a troll haven for wayward 4Chan refugees, they should still have to adhere to the rules of common sense.

A reddit user posted screenshots of a gas giant that were beautifully adorned with the colors of the trans flag.

This attracted bigots with their agenda to disrupt the community discussion and the mods shut it down by locking the post.

So the poster created a second one with more photos as a symbolic gesture that the message was simply about pretty planets that they felt represented them-

It too, was locked.

I made a post there proclaiming that I am leaving until I see the mods replaced with those that will not give in to bigotry, and I linked to this community with the hope that people can find a new home here.

Sooooo… welcome new friends!

For instance, it would be cool if there were a way to have dark mode for one account, and have voyager auto-swap to a different theme when switching to a different account. Or even just have different theme colors per account.

I’m not receiving any comment notifications on this account at all. The comments are there, but the notification doesn’t show. I have to go to my own comments and then check to see if anyone responded in order to see anything.

This is driving me nuts!

The only way to make the katana auto equip after tossing knives is to un-equip one knife- but then I have to pass through unarmed to get to it.

Is there ANY way to fix this?
