Discussion Question- Why was Leonard Floyd not as good for the Bears as he was for the Rams and is for the Bills right now? I’m genuinely curious. in c/bears@nfl.community

Because Bears coaches are notoriously clueless on how to utilize their talent. They want players to fit THEIR scheme and THEIR system, time and time again we see it.
