Universal Profile 3 has since been released by the GSMA, which includes end to end encryption based on MLS. Apple is expected to use the new version of the standard with the upcoming iOS 19. Google announced their adoption as well.
By the way, routing through Google infrastructure is not a given. This is up to the carrier (albeit sadly many do use Google infrastructure).
Natürlich kann man sich auch vorher enthalten. Dies kommt aber effektiv einem "Nein" gleich, da in den ersten beiden Wahlgängen (wobei der zweite Wahlgang innerhalb von 14 Tagen beliebig oft wiederholt werden kann) mindestens 50% der Mitglieder des Bundestags zustimmen müssen. Es kommt also einzig darauf an, dass es 316 Ja-Stimmen gibt. Wie die übrige Verteilung zwischen Nein, Nicht abgegeben, ungültig etc. aussieht, ist für die Wahl selber ohne belang.
Im dritten Wahlgang reichen 50% der abgegebenen Stimmen. Sind also nicht alle 630 Mitglieder anwesend (bzw. geben keine Stimme für einen Kandidaten ab), werden entsprechend weniger als 316 Ja-Stimmen benötigt.
