Counter counterpoint: patriarchy never existed, the rich always controled the poor. The alt-right "influencers" are a bunch of rich brat, thats' it. Poor men are despised by rich men since they are considered "weak" and by most women since most women bundle all the male species together. These douchebag rethoric aren't new, they just found a new megaphone (tiktok, ytshort, ...)

most rape are done by someone known to the victim, yet you don't fear your friend/family. But the nobody male behind you should know you are terrified by him being around.

My entire career, I’ve trusted women to make their health care decisions,” Walz said at the time, in their only televised prime-time debate. “I don’t believe anybody who sits in this office should come between them.

Cheapest way i can think of: buy a celling tile case and a tacker, cut the celing tile un a T shape and tack them on both side between each of the truss. No need to put anything between them. That'll cost around 100$.

Forget the drywall celling for a while you should at least replace all the stuff that's gonna be stuck in there for peace of mind. Then you can think about it.

You should get that celling tile for the whole celling asap this will help with the soundproofing of the first level. Consider extra soundproofing after this.
