I love how we live in a world where 50.01% is considered enough of a majority to ram something through a government.

Fucking insanity.

Man, why is all coffee drinking merch and whatnot so angry? Ya’ll I don’t wanna confuse causation with correlation or vice versa but I think your lifestyles are out of control.

They just carried open knives around in their shirt pockets? I mean, I wanna feel sympathetic but…

It’s very likely that it’s all about justification of where someone is more than it is about getting to where someone truly wants to be. Making a lot of positive changes is hard but claiming that you actually really wanted whatever shitty outcome is “easier”.

In the ‘80s it was about claiming you definitely weren’t buying your friends and, if you were, that was some kind of cool power thing and not horrifically depressing for all parties involved. These days most of the world hates these losers, and for good reason, so they shift the blame away from themselves in a desperate attempt to pretend that they aren’t at fault.

We’re social animals and we want genuine connection. The alpha males are deeply lonely and angry about it all the time but try soooo hard to pretend they aren’t which only makes them sadder and madder.

“Not all jewish people are Israelis so it would be anti-semitic to start hating random jews over this. It’s correlation not causation.”

“Yes, that makes sense and is fair. However, I can say that Israel as a country is being pretty fucking awful and since they’re separate things then I should be able to criticise one while leaving the other out of it.”

“No, now you’re being anti-semitic.”

It’s like, pick one.

I have Firefox on my PC but I gotta say, Safari on my MacBook and iPhone hase been solid. It has, so far, done exactly what the post wants. Safari doesn’t just stay the hell out of my business but it also seamlessly shares tab groups with my phone and that’s super nice, too.

I’m sure there are many more hidden things that I will learn are bad about it after posting this comment but on the surface it has been a perfectly unexciting, simple, and easy to use browser. I didn’t even think about it right away and had to come back to this post because of how delightfully boring it is despite using it every day.

What part indicates that it means female cat? You can use chatte for that but it also means pussy so probably don’t.

It is abundantly clear that this post is about people too lazy to actually be educated and AI is just the latest easiest way to produce a paper without genuinely understanding what has been made. The fact that you don’t understand that speaks volumes.

While I get your point, they already have that stuff bought and I think you’re vastly overestimating how much some of that cost really impacts the cost of the good. Yes it would go up, but not nearly that much.

Which is also to say that corporations love these things because they mean they can just make wild claims about how impacted they are and raise prices pretty much however much they want.

“What is government” oh my god it’s a comic you pea-brained pseudo-intellectual. Actually just shut the fuck up.

Oh no, I’m being totalitarian!

Sure, in a wildly extreme version of it and only when the goverment does it. So, basically not at all.

Many of the people who demand “debate” have no real interest in engaging properly, they just want to spew their shit without consequence. People are getting really tired of it and having to constantly do the legwork for them since they’re not even willing to try a little bit or even learn when obvious facts are presented in their little “debates”.

Care to elaborate? Or are we edging “I just don’t like that my opinion is bad and people have the right to tell me fuck off”?
