I'm on this line and an upgrade will be very welcome!

I worked with a bunch of Australians once and see had this constant debate about Penguins or Tim-Tams which led to blind taste tests...

Tim-Tams won

Choco Liebniz is the king of biscuits, so I would leave those for a bit as all other pretenders will seem insipid in comparison after.

Why must you always ask the impossible of me?!

Most I can see is the word Neff? Big fan of German oven manufacturers?

For no particular reason, I thought I'd see if I could find this t-shirt...

In the UK these still exist, called Homes of Multiple Occupation, or HMOs. The quality range is quite wide as you might expect.

Delighted to find that people are still appreciating my fine work so many months later!

I'm not sure there is one. Maybe China?

Yep, classic buddleia, grows anywhere, obstinate and difficult to get rid of 😁

I'm going travelling in a week or two and decided to dig out my old Canon 350D dslr, from the early days of consumer digital cameras before the rise of the smartphone.

It's definitely older than I remember, although maybe so am I! 8 mega pixel, with a 512Mb compact flash card.

On the other hand, I have a perfectly serviceable OnePlus 7T, obviously newer, not cutting edge any more but fine.

What do people think? Go retro or stick to the modern?

There's an app in trying to use, BP pulse, it keeps telling me I need to enable location services and it won't work without it. The thing is that my phone (8 Pro) already has location services switched on, and assigned to this app at the fine detail level. I assume the app is looking for something else but I don't know what.

How do I go about an investigation?

Thanks!

I'm thinking this should be marked NSFW...

This just started happening today so probably something I've changed in the settings but I don't know what. Whenever I take a "back" action, the phone keyboard pops up. This is true if I swipe on my phone (system default action), or press back in the top left of the screen.

I've tried toggling the swipe to go back in the settings but it doesn't seem to impact this one.

Any ideas gratefully received, it's quite annoying

Is this NSFW? It feels like this might be NSFW.

Well okay then

Misaligned jump off a cliff in my explorer. Can't drive it out, guess I'll be falling!

From a live Renault app, I'm always amazed the car companies' apps are so bad, it's not like they're short of a bob or two to spend on getting it right.

I know this community is not strongly in use but... I find the linked letter to be helpful to me when times out in the world get difficult. It's odd, because the message is quite religious and I'm staunchly agnostic.

Yet, I urge you, ask you, gentle you, to please not spend your spirit dry by bewailing these difficult times. Especially do not lose hope.

It always works for me, hopefully it might work for someone else out there.

Okay so I totally failed to put the dough in the fridge overnight, these might not quite be as intended but they're okay!

How low on avocado do you need to be to not be allowed to say that it's guac? 3.5% will certainly do it.

I'm not 5G enabled yet so theoretically 4G+ should be my fastest connection speed. However, on O2 I find that it's effectively the same as having no connection at all, and often end up shifting down to 3G just to get some connection.

This can't be right, I feel like I've forgotten a setting or something! Has anyone managed to figure it out, or maybe first does anyone else have the same issue?
