Everyone can see that he needs to go. But he wont be because "this is the way we've always done it." The morons in charge are afraid of change. They're afraid of doing something different for once so they rely on what they've done before because it's comfortable for them even if the end result sucks.
I know this team is not going to fire EberfLOSE this year but he damn well better not be here next season.
What are we thinking, boys? Vikings score a TD, take the lead, Bears start a good drive, take time off the clock and turn it over?
