I don’t have a reason to go from 15 to 14 It’s not that much more expensive I went from 14 pro max to 15 pro because I want a smaller phone however

I have seen some external Bluetooth sim adapter or maybe a thin usb-c adapter anyone tried it and where can I buy one stateside?

picture shown is what they call db link Bluetooth SIM card adaptor they use in china for US iPhone 15 pro and pro max I was thinking of getting something similar for temporary oversea trips
