I can't find where I saw it, but stories went around from pharmacies where they usually see like 1/3 claims denied or needing extra proof having 100% approvals the next day. I'll try to keep looking when I can.

My opnSense box does the same thing. I'd rather get to it via internal IP like pfSense worked. (I assume I can make that happen somehow, but I haven't researched it yet.)

That said, I do think there need to be ways to rent housing rather than buy it, since many people need that flexibility. Looks like the answer to that might be community land trusts?
