When a significant part of your economy is commercial real estate and every surrounding business that supports it (transportation, retail, restaurants) it’s very hard to reverse course.

I would beg my kids not to eat at Chick Fil A, but inevitably hanging out with friends they would end up there on occasion well aware of their stance on various issues. I disagree. Sometimes you can’t separate the art from the artist when they are actively using their wealth and influence to oppress an already marginalized group. Just take a look at what recently happened and is happening to Tesla.
