IPA (of enough concentration) is the same thing you'd use to clean the circuitry/hardware so it shouldn't cause any damage unless it dissolves with the glue and somehow that's damaging (it shouldn't be).

I think Pixelorama (I'm on mobile right now so don't want to drag up a link) is also FOSS and has a more comparable feature set.

FreeCAD is probably what you're looking for, it had a bad UI but just released 1.0 recently and is pretty decent now. Also I really recommend checking Pixelorama over libresprite for a FOSS pixel art tool.

That's not exactly what happened, they pushed more of their code into their own library that was not permissively licensed but then they open sourced it so the issue was resolved. https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/11611#issuecomment-2436287977

an opportunity to reset relations with the tech industry, which had felt targeted by the Biden administration, particularly on antitrust matters.

This sounds concerning, those companies should 100% feel targeted and keep being targeted

You're kidding right? The Steam client is overflowing with features, beyond the nice and simple mod manager, multiplayey systems for easy joining it also has a full featured discord alternative inside the chat system with voice and text chat and I think even screen sharing. To compare it to Xbox achievements is just insane for how much the steam client provides.
