He's a really good passer he looks fantastic in Washington, but that team has a lot of future Sunday players on it too.
The problem is he's had 13 season ending surgeries and he's almost older than Velus Jones Jr, so I don't think there's any way a respectable franchise could spend a first round pick on him.
