People who are unable to verify ID will just use sketchier sources

Not trying too hard to brag, but this recipe was a staple at one of the long term restaurants I worked at. This was a family heirloom of a recipe if there ever was one, fueling the nostalgia of multiple generations, it certainly will remind multiples of people of fond weekend brunch memories with their grandparents.

I hope that this tradition can find a new home with many more of you out there for the times to come!

They sell Sloppy Joes premade in a can? I’ve only ever seen the sauce without meat.

The one good thing that came about for me from Reddit was realizing I’m not the target gamer demographic anymore. It really opened up my mind to realize if I’m not enjoying or playing online multiplayer anyways what do I have to lose?

I was so afraid of potentially missing out on the one or two games I’d actually be interested in playing that I stayed on windows even when it only gave me a pain in the ass every other quarter. Nowadays If the game doesn’t work on Linux it doesn’t deserve my money, and that isn’t as big a compromise as I thought.

Problem appears to be somewhat related to language settings, and while I could find this post and comment chain again, there are still certain communities from this instance that give me 404 through blahaj.

That sounds a lot more feasible if we’re being honest. 75m would be a lot of anal beads…

Currently I’m working on a full lemmy migration, looking around and figuring out how to access everything.

For some reason the usual search method isn’t working to let me view most communities here with my blahaj account, but I can see them publicly, and I can access everything from an alt infosec account I made.

Currently I’m in the gathering and planning phase of my cybersecurity venture in my career.I’ve spent most of my working life in kitchens, but I’ve always been a triple boot style power user. I recently got a Google IT Support Cert to try to help me get my foot into the door and open up my horizons to a better more engaging career.

Dude’s sub ~~looks~~ looked like a soda can 💀

FTFY

My turn to step out next, I haven’t been out all day.

I’ll be here. I like that it takes a little more effort, it’s a little cumbersome or gatekeepy, but it also seems to keep the vibe more like the early internet and less like whatever it has currently turned into.

It reminds me of crypto spaces but without the incentive and monetization of action that seems to lead to a scammy and disingenuous feel to the content.

Fidonet was dope. Something magical about dialing (mostly) local and being able to see stuff so far flung it would cost you hundreds in long distance premiums normally.

Even if you weren’t a hacker in the modern sense, it was such a good hack in the old school sense that you couldn’t help but feel 1337.
