The problem is that most boomers now are using Facebook and smart TVs for fox news. There are definitely still people using cable, but they are now the minority. You'd have to protest Roku, Google, Meta, Samsung, Vizio, LG etc to have an affect
This github gist should be able to help you out. Its an open secret that theres a link called "megarepo" built into CloudStream that let's you download every extension. Paired with the auto-download extensions and autos update extension settings it makes cloudstream extremely useful, you would've had to have stumbled upon the gist or got told in their discord about it though.
