You say satire, but kids developing "magical" compression algorithms were a thing in programming long before LLMs. This exact idea is not novel, even though it was executed quite a bit better by Facebook. Probably not a good idea to use it if you want to be on good terms with adults.

On the internet anything goes. In real life, how I understand it, it produces exactly the "tomboyish schoolgirl" vibe. I would definitely be surprised if an adult woman used that.

I don't know, but a lot of people in this thread seem to suggest that it's them not being a native speaker that's the problem.

In my experience it's actually the opposite, so many native speakers mess up things like your/you're, it's insane. Well, any time something is off about the English grammar on the internet, we blame the American education system.

The only thing with "fascism" there is "technofascists", which is just an umbrella term for people who heavily rely on tech to spread far-right ideologies. I don't like how loosely the term "fascism" is used on the internet, but this is far from the worst cases.
