However, since Trump’s win, some Democrats have been accused of “selling out” trans people. In January, two Democrats voted with Republicans to ban trans women and girls from competing in women’s sports.

If it’s only two democrats doesn’t that mean they voted against their party? This isn’t the Democratic Party. It’s a couple outliers.

This seems like another bad faith “both sides r same”.

It seems like every time someone goes after Trump there is a barrage of commenters online that all of a sudden have a lot of anger to express towards that person.

For example, Mueller, Garland, Cheney.

The timing an quantity of comments always makes it seem like brigading to manufacture consent to attack those people.

You left out this part of your source:

It encompasses a wide range of dietary patterns that contain low amounts of animal products and high amounts of fiber-rich[3] plant products such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices.[4][5][6]

If your example doesn’t include high amounts of fiber rich plant products, it isn’t plant-based. According to your own source.

How do you know?

1. Definition of a plant-based diet - A plant-based diet consists of all minimally processed fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, herbs, and spices and excludes all animal products, including red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products.

There are white breads with more than a gram of fiber per slice and 26 slices per loaf and people that need 25grams or less per day.

But that doesn’t matter because according to these definitions of processed vs ultra-processed, you’re describing ultra-processed foods not plant based.

Since fiber only comes from plants, it’s implied that “low-fiber diet” just means less fiber than what we need. Not necessarily meat without anything else.
