I would like to know but I don’t consider it vital, my spouse is autistic and he considers it to be vital to how he functions.

Him living in a town of 202 people in the Deep South while homeschooling his kids and living in deep poverty is a pretty solid indicator too but he could just as easily be an ultra libertarian or sovereign citizen nut too

I think they’re just the people who’ve gorged themselves on the most propaganda

I call them the MAGA of the left, they hate it, but they’re just as big of zealots for their own beliefs as MAGA is, they defend tyrants who’s values appear to align with theirs on paper and don’t understand the concept of nuance.

They believe in only black and white and the idea that gray exists, and the thought they could be (are) morally gray, along side almost everyone else, is intolerable to them, they have to be “Good”, no shades of gray allowed and the way they prove it to themselves is by constant virtue signaling and purging to stay on top of the imagined “morally pure” pyramid they’ve convinced themselves exist - a lot of them are ableist and don’t consider disabled people in their grand schemes

Life is messy, people are imperfect, they’re almost never a completely correct option that serves everyone equally. They want logic, which is simply making something internally consistent, context is irrelevant, they do not want philosophy which strives to incorporate as much context as possible in order to come to a conclusion

That was when he was doing the PPP loans and required them to be untraceable, at the time it was the biggest transfer of wealth, this apparently does even more and goes even further

When she went MiA after the election instead of actually leading the opposition party like she claimed she wanted to but it appears she really only cared about the title so I no longer consider myself a democrat

Going to the cystic fibrosis clinic today, I hate going to the doctor but it’s an upgrade because I used to have to go to the transplant clinic instead which would require way more invasive tests but I’m still nervous. But aside from all the shitty stuff going on in the world things have been ok for me, my daughter is home for the summer from college and we have been really relishing our together time

And enforce it how? How much longer until we have to provide our ID or biometrics to use the Internet or apps? What happens at 18 that would make a person immune to this?

My kids were in highschool during the first wave of the pandemic with school closures, they did not need childcare they both however struggled a lot with remote learning. My daughter especially needed in person education. Teaching quality isn’t simply instruction it’s also cultural, offering different modes of learning, it’s also social leaning and just general practice on how to be a civil human being, AI can’t prove anything but instruction in one way. To believe this is to fundamentally misunderstand what education is and what its purpose is.
