If you had moderate political views, social media algorithms will try to feed you more and more extremist views based on what you are actually reading or have an interest on. This is just capitalism at work because the more time you spend on those websites, the more ad renevue for the platform. As a result those radicalization algorithms will probably push your moderate views to extremist views... So yes... Social networking are one of the main problems.

Puedes probar Mistol para platos. Entiendo que para gente que lo usa de toda la vida es difícil cambiarlo, pero habrá otros muchos que les de igual. McDonald's pues para gustos... de todas formas en la comida basura nos llevan ventaja ellos. Para reemplazo al colgate prueba el sensodyne que es de gsk (británica).
El problema es que tenemos pocas alternativas Made in Spain en cuestión de servicios, pero si Made in Europe.
En cuanto a productos no tengo dudas que es cuestión de informarse. Lo nuestro suele tener una calidad muy superior a lo que viene de los USA.

La idea es sostitur servicios/productos norteamericanos por otros europeos, no necesariamente españoles. Más allá de la comida o productos, apuntaría a migrar de servicios en la nube del ecosistema de Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon o Meta para que no dispongan de toda nuestra información en bandeja. Es mucho mas complicado, pero a la larga va a tener mayor impacto.
I've started using it this month as an alternative to onedrive. Super easy setup. Easy file transfer. Works just as onedrive on pretty much anything. Super cheap. They have a 1 month trial if you guys want to check out the paid option.
I think that most of them do a lot of reading. The problem is that they just read news and info that they like and have no ability to criticise arguments. Critic thinking is the main problem imho.
