i'm working on a series of powershell scripts to prepare our VDI images for compose operations - i have some ideas for automating the manual stuff we're doing.
i'm also going to learn how to use github finally so i can finally version control my shit

Liftoff app has been much better than Connect for me
this seems to be the only way I can get this to work - if I search !privacyguides@lemmy.one in liftoff, nothing comes up. searching privacyguides@lemmy.one (no '!') then it does come up via lemmy.world and I can't subscribe since I'm not logged in through lemmy.world. pasting that link above to access through programming.dev (my 'home' instance?) allows me to subscribe through the liftoff app.

same, liftoff definitely the best of the apps atm
I'm torn on this and haven't decided what to do. At the very least they will not be getting my knowledge posted over there any longer.
