I'm fairly certain you need something more official than a signed letter, but I'm not a lawyer.

So consult a lawyer and then if legal destroy those records

Honestly as an American, when I visited Germany I bought a deutschland ticket and used regional transit to travel most of the country. I used the DB navigator app.

It was hands down the best travel of my life. Just hop on a train and go anywhere. The delays were usually well recorded in the app and I could usually just reroute.

I was traveling for leisure though so waiting an extra 10 minutes was not a big deal, but all the city transit and local trains seemed to be mostly on time. Regional were the only ones I encountered with delays.

I'm hoping this is the death of the republican party and the dems split and create a new progressive party. Placing the current dems as the new "right".

Not ideal and still lacks a lot of necessary reform, but I'm hoping this is plausible

Since this is just a letter and not a subpoena it has no legal authority behind it and is essentially a checklist of records to immediately destroy.

Edit:

So this may be a legal Subpoena. The organization should clarify with a lawyer and if it does not reach the legal threshold destroy those documents.

Committee rules may provide for the full committee to issue a subpoena, or permit subcommittees or the chairman (acting alone or with the ranking member) to issue subpoenas..

Sounds like someone is afraid of West Virginia's citizens remembering their history and dragging him into the street

You can't take away their hobbies that's unfair. Just think of those poor officers

The article implied this is within historic norms for civil rights protests in the US

Per the article:

47% of U.S. adults disapprove of of deploying the Marines to LA, with 34% approval.

45% disapprove the National Guard deployment, while 38% said they approve.

That leaves 19% and 17% that are undecided. The question for those would be are they uninterested or uninformed?

I'd say I was just luckier. Fish can be temperamental like that.

I'm hoping there are some other people with experiences with these species. I want a bigger sample size

You choose to be a cop, I didn't choose to be born here

Then as I said we're already cooked. But also that is demonstrably false anyway. Our judiciary is under heavy threat, but still functioning
