When you lose a system. It responds to ping; all services are up, but you can't find the damn thing.
So, not a number so much as a limit to your organizational skill+effort.

I think Mexican is also considered a heritage and not just a nationality. So, you can be "A (person of) Mexican (heritage) living in America (as a citizen)".
Well, some tasks require particular tools. I suppose you could also get a javelin or a bow and arrows. Possibly at Wal-Mart, but more likely specific sports supply or hunting supply stores.
It's America. You should be able to buy a rifle / long gun at your nearest Wal-Mart same day. If you want a pistol, you might have to wait for you background check, but that usually only takes a few days. I also hear single-use short-range firearms can be 3d printed.
IME, that's life in general. Plenty of people complain more than they work on making things better. That's definitely me these last few weeks.

The underlying tech doesn't care about swear words. But, from what I hear, the "AI" models and interfaces that are being marketed for general use have been intentionally trained not to emit such words, and may even be blinded to those words by their creators.
