People miss notifications all the time, though, so some lack of communication can still be had.

Sometimes buses will have random checks, where a guy comes on and verifies everyone's tickets. Unlike on a train, it doesn't happen every time, or particularly often for that matter.

Everyone's talking like the original Google was some sort of divine design philosophy, but actually it was just that both of them were backend people, and that was all they knew how to do in HTML.

For the sake of argument, let's say there is a hypothetical trans person who wants to assault someone in a bathroom. The whole argument assumes that people who don't respect "you can't assault people" laws will respect "you can't enter that room" laws. They're already planning a much more serious crime! They'll just ignore both laws! So dumb.

I agree these aren't refugees, but your argument about nothing happening for 30 years so it can't happen now is ridiculous. The politics change in SA just like in any other country, and nothing is stopping a new government from going after people for anything ranging from past deeds to skin color, even if it didn't happen before.

Ladder pulling is a feature to those people.
