Good call! I knew for me it was sometime during the 2001 season but couldn’t think of a specific.

I honestly think Edwards and Sanborn, as we’re seeing, would have been all we needed. Somebody else could have filled in at Sam, they’re on the field 1/3 of the time anyway.

My favorite was when he said (and later doubled down) that Lucas Patrick had more experience at center, despite Hoge and Jahns bringing up Whitehair has 3x as many NFL snaps at center
