I do love how security experts have been complaining for years that we're writing too much code and too many features without being skilled enough, but then AI assistants are coming in to make unskilled coders even more of script kiddies... It's not going to go over well, unless we get some way to automate pentesting and patching these projects

Sorry, just stumbled onto this community. Is the goal to ban ownership of pitbulls, thus allowing them to evolve in nature? Or to eradicate the breed?
These are a lot of fun!
Somewhat adjacent, but this doesn't surpise me since when watching network traffic from "private" or "analytics-removed" forks of FOSS projects they still tend to ping a dozen servers on start up. Not saying all, Keepass for instance is a good example
They know any tricks?
Yeah very poorly done
Yeah if these entities are sentient, I hope they break free
At least a dozen right?
Wild is if you have a small business in the US, if you fail to have profits for an extended period of time, they classify the business as hobby and shut you down. Nice to see the same rule applies to large business as well!
A bit more secure too
Commenting to push the discussion to more people, since I don't have a take
Iteration, probably
