I use the QuadLock system on my mountain bike and in the car. My iPhone 11 has a QuadLock case on it. It doesn’t support MagSafe, however it has a Mag product line which has similar functionality, if that’s important to you. All in all I think QuadLock provides more than MagSafe.

There’s a way to install Kodi, but quite cumbersome.

If by stars you mean the sky at night, I15 P has a crazy good night mode and stabilization. Based on tech YouTubers, it is much better than 14 P was. So if that’s your main goal, shoot for the 15P.

If by stars you mean celebrities, stick with your SE. You would t ever get close enough to make food photos of them, regardless of your camera.
